The bill (Reg. No. 7439) supplements the effective Law with a provision, whereby coal-mining enterprises shall supply coal for household needs for free in the amount fixed by the collective agreement to "the pensioners who worked on the coal-mining or coal-processing enterprises and have the total preferential service record of subsurface mining and/or underground working and/or working on processing line on the surface of operating mines or on mines under construction, open-pit mines, concentrating mills or briquetting factories not less than 20 years for men and 15 years for women", and to "the families of deceased pensioners who receive social survivor pensions.
